That was the main point of the proggy CE, it is actually illegal to export waste.

It is only legal to export recyclable materials.....but why the hell can't we do it here?

Saving the planet is nothing but a smoke-screen for politicians & industrialists!
It all boils down to the same old chestnut......MONEY & GREED!
The evironment? PAH!

A new satellite that was launched to track CO2 emissions, the chief culprit in global warming, crashed into the ocean.

Maybe it was trying to tell NASA summat.....

Some leading Japanese scientists now contend that recent climate change is driven by natural cycles, not human industrial activity, as political activists argue.

I don't think anyone says man made pollutants don't have ANY effect mc and the sooner we stop raping our home planet, the better mankind will be.

The issue is how much bull5h1t we're being fed by govts & greens as to the real reasons.

Well the scientists are certainly not all in agreement on whether it is happening or not, but as for it being man-made!.....BLOX.

It's myth. Made up so that the government have another thing to use against you to try to control your life.

Little surprise that people who are adamant it doesn't exist get banned from the BBC.

CO is actually a good thing for plants it helps them grow and the ice caps have grown in recent years not shrunk. The planet is no warmer now than it was in 1998.

Why is there a general election in 50 days? (Sm126)

Seriously i'ts not just the earth that is warming, it is all the planets in our universe, so the stuff about the carbon footprint and that we are causing it is just a load of tosh.

On the other hand, here is a newspaper report saying the complete opposit of global warming.

Whatever happened to global warming? How freezing temperatures are starting to shatter climate change theory

The sole aim of these scientists (apart from lining their own pockets with large grants) has been to establish that the world is warmer today than ever before in recorded history, BUT To do this they have chosen to ignore evidence that the world was far warmer 1,000 years ago than it is today (Medieval Warm Period).

Well, `Climategate` is the latest thing to come to the fore & cast even more doubt on this issue.

I wonder what the politicians are saying to each other behind the scenes & how they'll dismiss the rising tide (excuse the pun) of opposition.

I f you add up all the agendas of the greens and save the world brigades, who I tend to agree with in most part, and the fact that they were making little headway with their causes, has resulted imo with this global warming fiasco which ultimately will blow up in everyones faces. We are most definitely experiencing changing weather and it would definitely benefit the world to have less pollution and consumption but until population is on the agenda I am not listening. Whatever we reduce here will be more than offset in the third world's ever expanding population, it is the inconvenient truth of mathematics. Haranguing people is a strange way for scientists to win an argument and very suspect to say the least.
