As I predicted.

If Wenger uses all three of his substitutes we'll see at least two debutants.

Yeah a couple of years ago he and Nelson were like the two big prospects you'd hear about from our youth team. Heard more about Nelson than McGuane since but he is still a talented player. Would be a blow to lose him like with Chris Willock.

Holding at LCB, where he should be.

Mustafi dinks a lovely ball to Walcott, who heads it into the path of the onrushing Elneny, but Walcott is flagged offside.

Get in! Wilshere plays a one-two with Giroud, drives forward and crosses for Walcott, who's initial header is saved, but he prods home the rebound.

Yeah Wilshere has started well.

Looks like Walcott's header would've crossed the line even without his touch.

Willock has made a great start to the game.

A few too many offsides from Walcott so far.

BATE's goalkeeper really tosses it up. His clearance goes straight to Walcott on the edge of the area, who takes two touches and finishes well.

Great football. Nelson finds Wilshere, who slips a great ball through to Maitland-Niles. Maitland-Niles takes a bad touch but tries to find Giroud, but its cleared for a corner.

Rob Holding makes it 3-0 from the resulting corner.

Assist for Mertesacker who headed on Walcott's corner.
