Player Ratings vs. Brighton

Cech - 4. One good save but poor on both goals.

Chambers - 5. He wasn't "bad" but he's a centre back.
Mustafi - 4. Poor, particularly in the first half.
Koscielny - 4. Finished. Even his passing was poor.
Kolasinac - 3. Really unimpressed.

Xhaka - 6. Best player today, not that that's saying much...
Wilshere - 4. Good job he's passionate.

Mkhitaryan - 4. Anonymous.
Ozil - 4. He's really getting on my nerves.
Iwobi - 4. Tried but largely ineffective, bar the goal where he did quite well. Shame after he looked so good when he first broke through.

Aubameyang - 6. Scored but again he's not involved much otherwise. No different to Lacazette.

Subs:

Welbeck - N/A. No impact.
Bellerin - N/A. Not on long, but did prevent a Brighton counter attack.
Nketiah - N/A. Not on long. Should've come on earlier, we need to see more of him.

Clueless defensively, aimless going forward. Thought Brighton were mint.

Lacazette has better cost control and is a lot more involved when we play minnows. Our midfield is not functioning niether are our forwards.

Nobody is obv on the same wavelength. That's gonna happen when you have two new forward players in the team midway though the season.

The board is equally responsible if not more. Arsene maybe a dinosaur but it's the people who decided to persists with him that are the problem

Midfield is missing, not creating and not shielding defence.

The TEAM is just not committed and prepared to win.

Manager -4

- until Wenger moves on, they'll always be the also-rans in the major competitions. A club in elite purgatory. Always good enough to make it to the big race, never fast or smart enough to push over the finish line in first place. That's all about the manager. Until he changes, Arsenal fans will continue to celebrate glorious failure.

Why not get a new manager in now and give him the rest of this season to see if he can get a tune out of these players?

No way.
Silent Stan will need to pay 10-mil to get rid of Wenger.

Bad news lads, mathematically we can no longer win the league.

Mathematically, Shane still can win his bet.

If arsene truly loved the club he would agree to cancel his contract

He's insane.

Considering his affair you assume he's used to getting dressed again very quickly.

It probably explains the lack of flares in the team

Disgraceful.

I don't want him to resign, I want him to get sacked just to emphasise to him what a deluded arrogant old fool he really is and how his ever growing incompetence has left this club in a shambles.

I want him to resign. That 10 mn could be spent else where. Logically if we want to blow 10mn just to make a point and satisfy the ego of fans (haha screw you, finally... @#$%& off... Etc) then it's an equally ludicrous decision as signing players like chambers for 15mn and giving bumper contracts to bendtners and dubuchys.

Cause it's waste of money for the heck of it

to be fair bendtner would probably be doing a job right now
