Ramsey plays it to Welbeck. Welbeck drives forward and plays Mkhitaryan in down the left. Mkhi cuts inside and clips the top of the bar.

Great counter attack.

Get in!

Ozil plays Ramsey through with a great through ball. Ramsey rounds the keeper and makes it 2-0.

Half time and we're winning 2-0. Pleasantly surprising.

AC Milan probably started the better of the two sides but we grew into the game and were definitely the better side in the first half. We took the lead through Mkhitaryan's deflected effort, and could've had more as Chambers, Welbeck and Mkhitaryan all came close, but Ramsey added a second at the end of the half.

Mkhitaryan and Chambers have been the standout performers for me. A lot of pressure on Welbeck as our only available senior striker, but he got better as the half went on. I can only recall three, possibly four, iffy moments defensively as well, three of which came from Milan crosses.

Also Ozil annoyed me a couple of times as I felt he conceded possession easily or didn't challenge for things he should've, but he's got two very, very good assists.

Let's try go home with a clean sheet.

If only we had had a fit striker tonight we would be 4-0 up

- until Wenger moves on, they'll always be the also-rans in the major competitions. A club in elite purgatory. Always good enough to make it to the big race, never fast or smart enough to push over the finish line in first place. That's all about the manager. Until he changes, Arsenal fans will continue to celebrate glorious failure.

Mis-hit clearance by Kessie sets Welbeck away in behind. Welbeck gets there first but Donnarumma does really well to block and deflect the ball off Welbeck for a goal kick.

That's the thing though, Matty. Ozil mostly seems like he's mainly not involved in the game and then it's that near perfect pass to put someone in. He's a game winner, or can be. I reckon Welbz is leading the line well, even if he's missed a couple of chances.

Welbeck is a bit shocking sometimes, why not give the youngster a chance?

He can not do any worse, is it possible?

Maitland-Niles coming on for the injured Kolasinac.

Brilliant block by Koscielny.

Better from Ospina as he is off his line quickly to stop a one-on-one.

It is very good result but wins like this is the reason why the Arsenal supporters desire to see Wenger leave never goes over the tipping point, i.e. Wenger Out support doesn't reach critial mass.

It's a good performance and win but does not gloss over the dross we have had the majority of this season

I was more concerned about a few times in the first half he was shrugged off the ball easily or didn't go for a 50-50.

As I was working have only just watched the game.
Very good result.
But I actually thought we were pretty poor.
