Payment is now open for Worldnet 2017 in Nottingham.
Entry prices are £250 per team if a £50 is paid before the end of February, with the balance required by the end of March.
£300 if paid after that date.
All entry monies will need paying by the end of May.
Please put the name of your team in the payment subject. If you are entering 2 teams then please do 2 separate transactions.
We are speaking with potential sponsors. If we gain a sponsor then we will look to pay back some of the entry money.
Accommodation prices are £35 per person per night in a shared bathroom facility (4 sharing a bathroom). This price includes breakfast, towels and toiletries.
If you wish to have your own email suite then the price is £45 per night.
There are also on site hotels that are also available and are of a good 4 star standard with bar and restaurant.
The sooner you pay for accommodation the better as we have a set number of reserved rooms that are on a first come first served basis.
Please collate your teams room payments and use the same bank details to pay. Using team name and accommodation in your subject payment reference.
Again, please pay separately to the team entry.
We have some very tight payment schedules by the University so the sooner you pay the better.
I realise timescales can be a bit tight.
We may need to charge a £50 per team deposit on accommodation as a damage retainer which will be refunded if there is no damage. The University currently want us to pay £2,500 up front as a damage bond.
Any questions then please send me an email or drop me an email once you have made payment.
The bank account is being held by the IFA committee.
