Quaresma Signs CONFIRMED

In an extraordinary twist to the end of the transfer window, Chelsea have signed Ricardo Quaresma on loan from Inter Milan until the end of the season. Quaresma was told by Jose Mourinho that he would not be registered for the knock-out stages of the Champions League and Jose gave his blessing for Quaresma to leave.
Initially, all reports had suggested that Quaresma was heading to Tottingham with either David Bentley or Jermaine Jenas heading off to the San Siro, but at the last minute Chelsea moved in and now Quaresma is a Chelsea player.

It´s that old "glorious unpredictability" again! 
I´ve been wanting us to get this bloke for a good few seasons now as I felt, at the time, that he was the closest we could get to replacing Robben.
As has been pointed out already, he didn´t have a good time of it at Inter, nevertheless, this recent quote from Mourinho himself gives us an idea of what to expect from Quaresma:
"It's not easy at the San Siro if the public are against you... He started off very well... He plays a high-risk game, one on one, so it doesn't always come off, but that's what he's good at".

Great player and a great signing.He needs to keep a clean head and get on with what he is good at and that is getting down the wing with devastating pace and scoring goals.He is only twenty five and there is plenty left in him,he is a class player nearly in his prime,lets hope we see the best in him.

Be interesting to see if Malouda becomes the benchwarmer now and Stoch gets shunted back into the reserves, or Malouda just gets the cold shoulder completely.
Although its only a loan deal, Iam glad we have signed someone
and I hope Quaresma can hit the ground running starting against Hull on Saturday - weather permitting of course!

If only they could have sold Malouda. I swear, he's nearly invisible out there.
Good signing and agree about what he needs do. Move that ball up the wing and create some space for us, something we haven't been able to do well without Essien.

By the way, he is a diver of epic proportions....

Might take him time to settle though - I just hope the masses expect him to save our season after being just 5 mins on the pitch.
