Leeds 2 - 0 Wigan

Leeds United saw off a threat from Wigan to move to seventh in the Championship with this mid-week fixture.

Two goals from Ross McCormack on 15 and 77 minutes was enough to secure the three points.  Wigan enjoyed some long spells of possession but failed to convert with two good saves from Paddy Kenny to note.  It was Leeds fifth victory in a row at home and Elland Road is once again becoming something of a fortress for the Whites.
