Reaction to Ali Fuseini's 2010/11

Ali Fuseini joined the Imps with a reputation of being a good player having spent time at Millwall, although Tilson seemed confused about what division he had played in and to be honest, the end product didn't match the hype and I find it no surprise he's been put up for sale.

Fuseini joined the Imps in January and Tilson kept refering to him as "a brilliant midfielder with experience of playing with a Championship team"….the only issue with him saying that is that the club in question (Millwall), although in the Championship now, weren't in the Championship when Fuseini was there.

To be honest I've never been overly impressed with Fuseini. For a midfielder who has played in League One in recent years, he can't pass for shit most of the time. Virtually every pass he makes goes straight to the opposition or out of play and it's so incredibly frustrating because we'd be building an attack, the ball would fall to him and then he'd just lose the ball.

He has had the odd game here and there where he's been decent but those games are few and far between and even though he's here next season, I wasn't overly surprised Tilson actually put him on the transfer list. He's done nothing to justify all the hype that came with his signing….hype mainly provided by Tilson.
