Tough game but we could do with 3points which is rather stating the obvious.I think it will be tight but hopefully it will be a happy outcome for our first game in 2013! Come on you mighty mags put a smile back on our faces please!

Annie I appreciate what your saying and Deduchy is a welcome addition, but the full backs were not at fault tonight.

I am a Pardew fan, but how can he still not start with Cisse in the middle?

Why take Obertan off and put a DM on when we are chasing the game?

Why for the love of god play williamson ever? He is without doubt one of the worst central defenderers I have ever @#$%& seen.

Tiote who I am a massive fan of, well the best I can say is thank @#$%& hes off to join up with the spear chuckers.

I think we have been unlucky over christmas, tonight however they deserved to win, our tactics were @#$%&, and that has to be down to pardew.

Cabaye, Jonas and Steven Taylor back for Norwich. I wouldn;t risk them saturday though

I too am a Pardew fan - but I have come to think Obertan can play in the position he was in tonight and do it relatively well. Tonight Pardew got it wrong by taking him off.

We are seriously lacking discipline. Tiote and Colo but showed a lack of respect this evening on the pitch luckily they both got away with it.

Debuchy wont solve those problems, though he is def a welcome addition.

Pardew has said that he will be playing Cisse through the middle going forward.

We need a new central defender desperatly. You know I am more disapointed with this performance than I was the last one.

I honestly thought for 75 minutes against arsenal we were the better side, tonight I feel for 90 minutes they were.

We need to go onwards and upwards so after this I won't mention tonight again, but if Williamson never plays a game for us again it will be too soon.

And please for the love of god Pardew mean it hen you say Cisse in the middle.

I agree we battled quite well but every time Everton broke they looked dangerous we could not get hold of the ball at 2-1 down and the long ball game was not a success.I am really worried about the rest of the season it's doing nothing for my sense of humour that's for sure.Not looking forward to the Cup game at Brighton on Saturday either still onwards and upwards hopefully.

For me it was right to take Obertan off he dissapeared in the second half and apart from a couple of bursts you could have forgot he was on the pitch, i'm starting to think that we can't accomodate both Obertan and Marveaux on the pitch together neither help out defensively a great deal and Obertan will lose the ball and just jog back towards our half!

As for Williamson i've been complaining about him since last season and to be honest i think he's getting worse with every game, this is probably down to confidence but i sat watching the match last night thinking Perch is a better option than Williamson!

Tactically i'm starting to get really annoyed, we have periods throughout matches where we play really intricate passing and outplay the opposition we did it against Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal and again last night and then all of a sudden it stops and we start banging the ball forward as soon as we get it and when this starts you just know we are going to lose the game!

I to am a fan of Pardew but i think if we are going to play Shola and Cisse we should play a standard 4-4-2 of even a 4-2-2-2 maybe with how late in the day he had to change things he decided it was better to go with what they had prepared for!

I think a big problem on the pitch at the minute is Colo's leadership, he doesn't seem to be commanding the players on the pitch like a captain should, he needs to be taking control of things and deciding how we play rather than just joining in with the hoofball, he needs to be bo11ocking Tiote when he loses his head, he needs to be bo11ocking williamson when he starts giving the ball away and he needs to be switched on enough to know how the manager wants the team to be playing when the managers messages aren't getting across, at the minute i dont see any of that from him!

Finally we really need to stop giving away so many free kicks in our half, we have conceded so many goals from free kicks this season its unreal!

The general consensus at the match seemed to be one of worry. If we don't get a centre back and at least one striker we well be starting down the barrel.

i know we shouldn't be relying on this but there is definately atleast 3 teams in the league worse than we are so we should be safe but im hoping that we start picking up points and moving away from the relegation zone

We all thought that the last time we were relegated although I do think we have more fight in our squad this time. Remember teams will pick up points they are not expected to like QPR did last night. I hope we pull away but confidence will be low after the last 3 results when to be fair for periods in all of those games we did ok. We need a win to kick start the season again sooner rather than later please.
