Wolves players have today blasted the formation favoured by Dave Jones the players believe the formation must be changed if Wolves are to go up.

Wolves captain Paul Butler has blasted the 4-3-3 formation used by Jones as "lop-sided" - a comment which could see Ludo Pollet replace the Wolves captain when we entertain Reading on Saturday.

Dean Sturridge also added his disaproval of the Formation when he said to the Express And Star "It's basically the same personnel that had the second best defensive record in the First Division last season so I don't think it's the players," said Sturridge.

"The gaffer knows the team's mistakes and he has got to sort that out - that's what he's paid to do and I'm sure he will.

"We need to cut out those mistakes and I'm sure the players and the management will all be rowing the boat in the same direction to try and achieve that.

"I'm sure the management will do the right thing, but we have to get on the training ground to eradicate those mistakes."

Something must change before saturdays game, a loss could see the fans chanting for the head of Dave Jones.
