WOLVES play hosts to Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday night in a game televised live on SKY and boss Glenn Hoddle will be epecting a better performance than the last two.

The Wolves boss was furious after his sides recent two performances. Last week Wolves unbeaten 21 game run came to an end at Leeds United after a goal either side of the break killed of Hoddle's men. Wolves dominated the game and had over 20 shots at goal and Hoddle was unhappy with his sides lack of fire power in front of goal.

However Hoddle's anger was doubled on Saturday when he saw his Wolves side have a staggering 31 shots at goal but had to come from two goals down to snatch a point in the last minute away at Cardiff.

"If we are going to play like that then we will never go up," said Hoddle after the Cardiff game.

"Points on the board do mean something but you have to score goals when so many chances are made and I have made my feelings known to the players."

The Wolves boss has also threatened major changes and looks to spend the majority of the £3M raised from the Henri Camara sale on a striker before the Wednesday deadline - despite already having six strikers.

Tuesday night may see a return to league action for Vio Ganea who has been missing for well over a year with a serious injury. The Romanian International - who has a one in two strike rate for his country and famously dumped England out of Euro 2000 with a last minute penalty - came on as a late substitute in the Carling Cup win over Chester last week and impressed on his appearance with a nicely taken goal. However a place on the bench is more likely for the fans favourite.

That may mean a return for South Korean International Ki-Hyeon Seol (pictured). The Korean International has blown hot and cold so far this season and - despite scoring two goals - was dropped by boss Glenn Hoddle at the weekend.

Kenny Miller has yet to score in the league this term despite some superb performances but Hoddle knows that Millers job is to score goals, highlighting the point in his post-match interview following the Cardiff game where the manager took some stick for taking off the Scottish International with twenty minutes to play.

Wolves need to start putting the ball in the back of the net. They were described as "class" by former boss Dave Jones and "certainties for promotion" by Hull boss Peter Taylor. However if Wolves fail to solve their current goal scoring problem another season in the Championship beckons.
