Well welcome all and it's nice to back at Molineux today to see the lads. Todays visitors are the mighty toon army, and what a test Bobby Robsons team are going to be.

For me the season starts today with a massive game against Newcastle.

Wolves stay unchanged and have no fresh injury worries, with Kevin Cooper and Ludo Pollet both expected to be in the squad today after missing the Cardiff friendly in midweek.

One name on everybodys lips is Paul Ince, but Ince will not figure today as negiations are still taking place but hopefully the move will happen very soon.

Newcastle manager Bobby Robson will not risk Laurent Robert and Andy O Brien, both players are still suffering little injuries, but are hopeful that they will be fit in time for the Barcelona friendly next week.

Hugo Viana will cover for Robert after showing what he can do against Nottm Forest in the Geordies last game.

Robson said "We need matches now where we are going to be tested .The match fitness of the players is coming on , now we need teams to give us a game"

Robson also added "Nottm Forest was a step up from our games across in holland, and we expect the same from Wolves"
