Pre Season fixture list disrupted

Chester City announced last week that the home tie against Spanish outfit Athletic Bilboa was cancelled, further disappointments have occured with the news that two more of our pre season friendly's have been cancelled...

...The home match with Bury will not go ahead due to Bury being forced to pull out due to a mix up of dates.

This basically means they sceduled two games for the same day and cancelled our tie.

Also Chester will not have there annual trip to Deeside to see City entertain Connah's quay. The reason for this is, the pitch at the Deeside Stadium is not up to the amount of friendly's they have sceduled.

City are left with games against, Everton XI, Liverpool XI, Manchester City XI, Manchester United XI, Bangor and their first tie against Buckley Town.
