Montrose grab a point at Cliftonhill

Scottish League Division 3: Saturday 5 October 2002, Cliftonhill, Coatbridge. Albion Rovers 1 (Diack (54)) Montrose 1 (Kerrigan (49))

Montrose gained a creditable draw against Albion Rovers. According to press reports, Rovers had the better of the first half without scoring, and Stevie Kerrigan shocked them after 49 minutes with a headed opener. Albion took only 5 minutes to come back and Diack equalised.

Hopefully this signals the return to form for Montrose after a couple of really poor results.
