Blues accept bid for Carter

Birmingham City have accepted a £1.5 million bid from West Brom for 21 year old midfielder Darren Carter. Carter is now set to discuss personnel terms with Albion now he has returned from holiday.

The fee can rise by £250,000 depending on appearences and Albion's performance in the league.
