Young centre back who began his career with Wrexham before appearing for Llangollen Town in the Welsh League.

Edwards joined Leigh Genesis in January 2009, making his debut in the 3-1 defeat to Hednesford Town at the Leigh Sports Village on Saturday 7th February 2009.
