Forward who joined Leigh in August 2010 after playing on trial during the pre-season campaign. Former Manchester City youth player who has represented England at university level.

Gleave made his Leigh Genesis debut as a substitute in the 3-0 away defeat to Wakefield at College Grove on Tuesday 24th August 2010.

Gleave's first goal for Leigh came in a breathless 4-3 FA Cup First Qualifying Round win over Rossendale United at Dark Lane on Saturday 11th September 2010, scoring a dramatic winner for Leigh in the sixth minute of time added on after coming on as a substitute, earning him a nomination from TV personality Tim Lovejoy as 'Player of the Round'.

Gleave's first league goal for Leigh was Genesis' injury time equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Chester at the Exacta Stadium on Saturday 16th October 2010.
