Former AFC Liverpool full back who joined Leigh in August 2010 having spent the summer of 2010 on trial with the club.

Made his Leigh debut in the 2-1 home defeat to Curzon Ashton at Crilly Park on Saturday 21st August 2010, the opening day of the 2010/2011 Evo-Stik League Division One North season.

After making a total of eighteen appearances for Leigh, Lyons joined Curzon Ashton in January 2011 along with ex-Leigh team mate Joe Evans.
