Defender who joined Leigh in August 2010 having previously played for Atherton Collieries and Ashton Athletic.

Pendlebury made his Leigh debut in the 2-1 home defeat to Curzon Ashton at Crilly Park on Saturday 21st August 2010, the opening day of the 2010/2011 Evo-Stik League Division One North season.

Simon Pendlebury was released by Leigh Genesis on 4th October 2010 after making a total of four appearances for the club. Pendlebury then returned to the club in February 2011, making his first appearance since coming back to the club in a 2-0 win away to Mossley on Tuesday 22nd February 2011.
