Exciting winger who joined Leigh in August 2010 having spent the summer of 2010 on trial with the club.

Made his Leigh debut in the 2-1 home defeat to Curzon Ashton at Crilly Park on Saturday 21st August 2010, the opening day of the 2010/2011 Evo-Stik League Division One North season.

Hopkins scored his first goal for the club in a 5-1 loss to Witton Albion on Saturday 18th September 2010. His second for the strike was an altogether more vital one, proving to be the winning goal in a 1-0 win away to Harrogate Railway Athletic on Tuesday 5th October 2010.
