Under Steve Archibald Airdrie armada travelled to Broadwood to take on high flying Livingston. Livingston went on to win the Bells First Division and Archibalds team vanished like snow of a dyke.

Scott Boyce in the same team as Calderon, Fernandez, Broto etc.....the mind boggles.

Forrest was a centre half and Sanjuan played in midfield.

Sanjuan often played sweeper
