Airdrieonians 0 Vs. 2 Peterhead:- In a game that niether side desreved to win one man made the difference, I'm going to join the split amongst our support and join the side that thinks Keegan Parker sold the jersey in yesterday's match. His first yellow was for jumping in to a defender with his hand closed in to a fist, commonly known as a punch and he was lucky not to be red carded for that, as it was in front of the near side linesman. His second yellow was it a dive? In my opinion yes, he manoevered himself in front of the defender brillianly but the tackle he expected to come never did. A confident striker would have went on and scored from there, I'm sorry but the referee got it right!
For almost twenty five minutes after the sending off Airdrie played as if we weren't a man down and we even looked looked the team most likely to score and then a five minute period killed our chances. A sublime touch by Andy Rodgers gave him an opportunity and he took it. 1-0 after 73 minutes and David Cox ended the game with Peterheads second on the 77 minute mark
The prediction league looks like this at the end of week two - I don't think anyone had 2-0 to Peterhead so it's still a close competition.

Nothing to do with yesterday's sending off but there may be a change in whose shirt we are sponsoring, it really is just coincidence and may still be Keegan Parkers.
