Airdrie dropped out of the playoff positions after a 3 - 0 nil defeat at Ayr. The loss allowed Stenhousemuir and Albion Rovers to go above us and with the current form we could drop further. Goals from Preston 26 Donald 45 and then Trouten with a penalty on 61 minutes, it also didn't help the cause that Chris O'Niel was red carded on 67 minutes but by then the damage was done.
