Prediction League Game 4 Airdrie Vs. Alloa

Sorry there hasn't been much of an update from the site this week, things are a little hectic at the moment and it doesn't look like it will be getting easier over the next couple of weeks so please bare with me. Speaking to friends before the match I stated that after the win against Albion Rovers, yesterday was a good day to be going up against Alloa, we may be in turmoil off and on the park but Alloa are in a similar situation on the park with a lot of changes from the team they had last season.
It was only an odd goal that separated the teams last year, so most of those predicting couldn't be faulted if they have gone with a 1-0 home win or 0-1 away win, so for Airdrie to come away with 2-0 win suprised a lot of us.
What else suprised a me was the cofidence and flare we had in certain areas of the park, the match was fun to watch and I've no idea the last time I said that about an Airdrie match.
Airdrie took the lead after Daryll Meggatt was deemed by referee Stephen Finnie to have brought down Jake Hastie in the box, Ryan Conroy stepped up the spot and slotted by Neil Parry for the opener.
Jack Hastie work his socks of all game as did all of the team, there were no slackers, and he deserved the goal he got after 88 minutes, which gave Airdrie a 2-0 win and left us unbeaten in three matches.
The prediction league has a new leader as The Man in Black steps up and takes top spot.
