Liverpool to make Michael Dawson bid...

Liverpool are to make a new bid for Michael Dawson, which is expected to be somewhere in the region of 5m. The club are also interested in the services of Andy Reid and may try to make a double swoop.

Rumour Rating: 6/10 - It is well known that a lot of clubs, including Liverpool are interested and so it could be true. Also, this has come from a pretty reliable source.

 

Phil Babb and Joachim Bjorklund to Forest...

Joe Kinnear is to offer contracts to Phil Babb and Joachim Bjrklund who have been released by Sunderland after they failed to gain promotion. The two players will surely have interest from other clubs too.

Rumour Rating: 2/10 - Well this one came via email from a good friend of mine, but not one who's very reliable. Sadly, he's a little dense!

 

Andy Reid to stay...

Joe Kinnear is looking to keep a hold of Andy Reid after Nigel Doughty has promised him enough cash to sign all the players he could ever want!

Rumour Rating 3/10 - From the old neighbour of someone who knows somebody whose relative is someone very important at the club... yeah, right. 'Tis possible he could stay, though, and it is beginning to look more likely.

 

Charlton to sign Reidy...

Kind of clashes with the aforementioned rumour this one- but the Addicks to have the funds to make a bid for this guy. Also, this one came from the same guy that told me we would be getting Gerrard on loan.

Rumour rating: 6/10 - Seems quite likely and supports other things we have heard.
