After being up by two gaols in the first half the Shaymen let it their advantage get away in the second half of play and lose on a give away in stoppage time.
Shaymen go down at Shay as Kevin Gall scores his hat trick 2 minutes into
stoppage time. The Shaymen played well in the first half and striker Simon
Parke scored his two goals the first header at the 13 minute mark and his
second header at the 15 minute mark. Yeovil came back strong in the second
half with Goals by Kevin Gall in the 51st and 56 min. In the 85 minute Mark
Monington was sent off for his second yellow of the match. The game winner
was scored off a poor back pass by Shaun Garnett. The result leaves
Halifax Town in the seventh position with 9 matches remaining. Point wise
the Shaymen have 55 the same as Hereford United in 6th and Morecambre
in the 5th position. The point goal differential is what separates
the teams. The Shaymen take on Southport on Saturday.
