Manchester United have been handed a home tie to London outfit Crystal Palace in the 4th round of the Carling Cup following victories against Crewe and Charlton Athletic respectively. Sir Alex Ferguson's depleted side eased past Championship side Crewe Alexandra 3-0 on Tuesday.

Manchester United have been handed a home tie
to London outfit Crystal Palace in the 4th round of the Carling Cup
following victories against Crewe and Charlton Athletic respectively.
Sir Alex Ferguson's depleted side eased past Championship side Crewe Alexandra 3-0 on Tuesday night to progress whilst Palace overcame Charlton at The Valley, winning 2-1. The game will take place at Old Trafford, on either the 9th or 10th of November. Meanwhile, Arsenal have been paired off with Everton and Chelsea will have to travel to Newcastle.
