GTF rejects Boston

Former Lincoln City striker, Gary Taylor-Fletcher has rejected the chance to join neighbours, Boston United. Having reportedly recieved offers from 4 League 1 clubs, GTF told the Pilgrims that he simply wasn't interested in a move to York Street.
GTF was the major surprise in the list of players being released and even he admitted that he was left in a state of shock when he'd been told he wasn't being kept around despite being offered a new contract months ago.
The popular striker is believed to be close to signing a deal with League 1 side, Huddersfield Town, said that Boston had called him and asked if he would be interested in playing for Lincoln's local rivals and he replied with "Sorry, but I'm not interested".
We wish GTF all the best in his future endeavours and we'll hopefully see him against us in League 1 in 2006/7.
