Wrexham game called off

The Imps' home game with Wrexham has been postponed due to several Wrexham players being called up for international duty. Wrexham applied for a postponement after 3 of their players were called up for international duty over the weekend and the game has already been re-arranged.

Wrexham's Michael Ingham (Northern Ireland), Levi Makin and Mark Jones (both Wales), were all called up to their Under 21 sides, thus leaving Wrexham's squad down to the bare bones. City themselves were due to be without Lee Beevers who joined up with the Welsh Under 21s today.

The game was called off just after 12:00pm today but the game will now take place on Tuesday the 13th of September with a 7:45pm kick off. Please note that anyone who brought an "early bird" ticket, the tickets are still valid for the re-arranged game.
