Bates back in control

Bates gains control of Leeds. Details are just starting to come through, but it is clear that Bates has regained control of the club. Whether this is the end of the matter is not known yet, as legal wranglings make take some time yet. There is still some work to be done with the Football League, and possibly with the Inland Revenue

There is yet to be anything official from Bates himself, but comment is expected this afternoon.
