Emblen 31 , recently went on loan to Walsall to get back some match fitness , but unlucky for Emblen his stay at Bescot was ended with another injury.

Now Emblen is hoping his injury nightmares are over and is getting back in ship shape form for a first team return.

The former Wolves favourite has only started 12 times for the Canaries since his £500,000 move from Molineux.

Canaries boss Nigel Worthington said on the Norwich official website "He's had a difficult time. He's had a long-term injury, gone to Walsall on loan and unfortunately picked up another injury there."

"It's good to see him getting back into contention."
