Wimbledon striker Patrick Agyemang is set to be offered a new deal at Selhurst Park.

Wimbledon striker Patrick Agyemang is set to be offered a new deal at Selhurst Park.

All though he can't pin a first to place down with the form of David Connelly and Neil Shipperly , he has impressed enough scoring four goals to be regarded as one for the future of Wimbledon when they finally up sticks to Milton Keynes.

Agyemang speaking to the Dons official website said "The club have offered me a new contract and we're just negotiating at the moment. I want to stay with Wimbledon.

"I've enjoyed it here and have some good friends at the club, so hopefully it might be sorted out in the next few weeks."

"Coming on and scoring goals and creating chances is what I'm all about and I just want to do my best when I get on the pitch."
