Charlie Miller set to leave United

Dundee United playmaker Charlie Miller admits he will probably start next season with a new club.

The former Scotland international is out of contract in the summer and manager Ian McCall has revealed he is still undecided about offering him a new one.

That was despite a performance in the 2-2 draw at Motherwell which McCall described as "exceptional".

Miller, who has been linked with a move to Coventry City, said: "We will have to see what happens. I have not been offered anything here yet.

"I have to look after myself and my family first and foremost so, at the moment, it looks as though I will be going elsewhere. Who knows?"

McCall admitted: "Charlie Miller, what does the future hold for him, who knows?

"But I thought he was absolutely exceptional. People say there is a lack of talent in Scottish football but he is certainly very talented, there is no doubt about that.

"I don't know if he will be offered a new deal though. He is one of the ones I am undecided about.

"I don't want to talk about the problem with offering Charlie a new deal because he was exceptional.

"There are loads of other things to do with Charlie. But it's not financial."
