Wycombe Wanderers striker Nathan Tyson has turned down the opportunity to move to Wednesday after saying that it's not the right time in his career to make the move. Wednesday had an offer believed to be in the region of £700,000 accepted today and Tyson came to Sheffield to have a look round.

Wednesday transfer target Nathan Tyson has turned down the chance to move to Hillsborough.
The 23-year-old Wycombe striker came to Sheffield to have a look around and possibly discuss terms, but the former Reading hotshot turned down the move saying it was not the right career move at this time in his career.
Paul Sturrock said: ''He came up, had a look around and he feels we're not the club for him at this juncture in his career. I think his family are all southern based and it would have been a big wrench. I respect his decision and we move on to find another target.''
