Poor Performance Wins Group Player Ratings

Really poor quality game. We dominated possession and were mostly comfortable but lacked any cutting edge or end product, and were punished from the penalty spot.
You have to wonder about the selection in games against a side as poor as that. Why do we need a negative Elneny-Coquelin midfield two, when we could play Wilshere deeper instead of one of those two, and then start Iwobi or, ideally, Nelson, further forward?
Top spot secured anyway.
Ospina - 6. Little to do.
Debuchy - 7. Actually thought he had a good game, penalty aside.
Mertesacker - 7. Dealt with everything that came his way.
Holding - 6. Largely untroubled.
Chambers - 6. Not bad but crossing wasn't great and didn't offer enough width.
Elneny - 6. Steady enough but in games like this we need more going forward. Set piece delivery poor.
Coquelin - 6. Adventurous but doesn't have that "final third" quality. Unlucky not to score.
Maitland-Niles - 7. Bright down the left, particularly in the first half. Good talent. Would like to see him centrally or at least on his preferred side at some point.
Wilshere - 6. Some good touches and occasional bursts but not enough.
Giroud - 5. Never got into the game.
Welbeck - 6. Full of running but still a bit rusty. Off at half time.
Iwobi - 4. Given the whole of the second half to impress. Tried to be direct but thought he looked really poor.
Nelson - 5. Lively.
Nketiah - N/A. Not on loong enough
