Liverpool Carragher says Riley could decide title

Liverpool’s Jamie Carragher believes that the errors of Mike Riley could decide the Championship. Riley denied Liverpool a penalty for Chelsea’s Tiago obvious handball in the area.

Carragher believes that "everyone knows it was a certain penalty – he is the same referee who made a big mistake in the Manchester United v Arsenal game". He later went on to say "There have been two mistakes in these two matches and that could decide the title. It could be the difference between Arsenal winning or losing the league."

Whether that is the case, or not, it would certainly be an even tighter title race without Riley's strange decisions.
