Don't you hate it when you contact a person or a company & you have to sit around waiting for someone to return your call or email? Today, tickets for Chelsea's forthcoming Champions League match against Juventus went on sale to season-ticket holders so first thing this morning I got online & logged in to the ticket server, made an adjustment or two, so I was able to purchase two tickets.
One for me and one for Since88. Straightforward you would think? eerrmmmm NO!! You see Since88 and I are 'displaced' from our regular seats, because of UEFA requirements and TV broadcasting commitments, so therefore Chelsea Football Club have invited all 'displaced' season tickets holders to log on to the ticketing system and purchase tickets in other parts of the stadium. I quote "All season-ticket holders who have been displaced will be able to log onto the website and purchase another ticket within the stadium. This can be applied for at the box office or the call centre before the tickets go on sale to members." So naturally after I was unsuccessful in buying on-line, I rang the call centre and guess what, I was left hanging, hanging, hanging on the telephone (reminds me of a Blondie song) for the best part of an hour. So in the state of frustration I emailed the ticket office politely explaining the problems I was having, and at the time of writing this moan, rant whatever you want to call it, I still haven't received a reply or contact from the Box Office. To add insult to injury, I logged back into the ticket server earlier this afternoon and discovered the area I wanted us to sit in was SOLD OUT!!!! Its just laughable and tomorrow is another day.

Feel for you mate.
Even with a new supposed state-of-the-art ticketing system that can handle god knows how many silmultaneous applications there are STILL cock-ups! Eddie Barnet is no doubt at the helm!

If I got this right this must mean that those ST´s displaced from the MH have applied for MORE tickets than what they would normally have taken as these should have not been greater in number than the Shed Upper?

I doubt the other displaced season ticket holders were able to buy online as I wasn't able to, which would explain why I couldnt get through on the phone.
The selling rules are one ticket per season ticket holder, but you can buy multiples if you have the other season ticket details.

Yes i see your frustration.It is something that the club has to sort out.As you know tickets went on sale to season tickets holders to reserve their own seat from yesterday until Monday 5pm but because you had to move away from your seat because of the requirements it still should have given you priority to perchace a seat elsewhere in this time period.

Am in The Shed Lower, not where I wanted but WTF, be better than sitting in the West or East Stands.

There must be a rep on the fans forum that can help you out with that and bring it up at the next meeting? I think Yeading is involved ...and there´s another bloke called Focus (Pete) who I think is on there.
Mind you, I wouldn´t be surprised if they´ve had a few irate, purple faced unhappy Chelsea fans in touch with them already with the same complaint.

Shouldn't be Carefree but it is. At the CC final last season, they were singing it all round Wembley and they sing it wherever they go. Can't imagine them getting prosecuted for singing about themselves

Its 6x4 so decent size.
Cost around 70 quid including delivery which werent too bad. Obviously the bigger it is and the more words you put on the more expensive it is.
Had it made off a great internet website, really simple.
