Poor old Whinger. Wenger seems to have lost the concept of how to win a football match. So lets take this opportunity to remind him. The concept of winning a football match is to score more goals than your opponent. See that was easy, but Whinger it appears, likes to do things the difficult way.
If you like your football all fancy dan, powder-puff, beautiful and pretty without an end product as Arsenal were yesterday then good luck, be entertained and win nothing - five years without a trophy springs to mind.
Chelsea though, after a 'tough' week admitted by the excellent Didier Drogba, scored twice in the opening twenty-five minutes. The first by Drogba was a close range tap in at the far post and the second a quality piece of counter-attacking saw Didier leave Clichy for dead before blasting home with his left foot high into the net.
Drogba could have had a hat-trick. A brilliant 25 yard free-kick at the Matthew Harding End saw his effort canon off the bar, that left Almunia rooted to the spot.
Drogba's updated tally against Goonerville - 12 appearances, 12 goals.
Petr Cech probably played his best game for months. Two very smart saves from Arshavin and Fabregas and complete control of his area - catching crosses, punching crosses - all giving his back four a renewed confidence.
Ashley Cole proved to be the better signing in the deal that saw Gallas head to North London. I wouldn't sell him for £50m now, £5m at the time Chelsea paid for him is a real bargain, a right old steal.
Even Ballack was all over the park and Mikel brought his African Cup of Nations form home with him.
Captain John Terry PROVED that he has the mental strength and stamina, despite the troubles in his private life. He was absolutely outstanding including flicking a header on for Didier's first goal and playing on with his left thigh heavily bandaged.
Goonerville may have had all of the possession, but possession doesn't win you football matches, its goals that do and that is why Chelsea sit proudly again at the top of the Premiership.

Perry obviously you like myself have been going for years and with the name perry groves you must go way back.You have also been spoilt with success at the Arsenal and have witnessed some truly fantastic football in that time but at this present moment you must be so frustrated at not winning anything for the past five years with all that fancy football but when is that gonna change you may say.
I am not at all having a pop i am just saying it how it is.
There have been times perry when Chelsea have played teams of the park and had all the Possession and the opposition has one shot at goal and wins the game,many a time i have witnessed that and thats why you are so bitter in side but all i can say is that Chelsea had a game plan and it worked it also worked at the Emirates and Arsenal didn't do their homework.
Chelsea didn't play well and we got three points and that is the sign of champions.
Perry Groves. It is a physical game. Ballack and Mikel dished it out because they are physical players. You havent got any not since Adams, Bould, Dixon, Winterburn, Viera etc. Infact your whole squad on Sunday consisted of TWO English players.
Walcott and Gibbs - you cant count Wilshere cos he is on loan and Ramsey is Welsh.
Don't get me wrong, Arsenal do play good football and Wenger has his style which he wont change, but it aint winning you nothing is it?
