Tottenham Preview: Come On Chelsea Tell Us the Truth

The Premier League may have just completed a two-week break because of World Cup qualifiers, but trying to keep Chelsea out of the news in a non-event. Super Frank’s injury, Bertrand’s illness forcing their withdrawal from the England squad, Torres bears his soul, Cole’s fine and finally JT’s decision NOT to appeal his ‘conviction’ from the self-appointed highest court in the land.
Chelsea will always be in the news, there is no getting away from that fact, but occasionally even the decision-making within Chelsea Football Club, leaves me somewhat dumbfounded and flabbergasted and yesterday’s screaming back page headlines made me want to hold my head in my hands and scream out ‘Why, Oh the F**K Why’ don’t you come out and tell the truth.
Chelsea has always kept their internal business… Internal, but with all the media coverage in the last year involving JT and ‘the brick from Peckham,’ surely making an announcement regarding the club’s punishment dished out to JT would have satisfied the hunting packs of media feral wolves.
Instead, Chelsea now have made a rod of their own backs and you just know the feral wolves will not go away until they have ripped the heart and soul out of every long-suffering hardcore Chelsea fan (Yep and me…. Ed) who are viewing this episode as probably the worst ‘crisis’ in the history of Chelsea Football Club.
At Bobby Di’s pre-match press conference yesterday all he did with some supreme effort and patience was to fend off questions from the feral wolf pack relentlessly pushing Bobby Di for answers about JT’s current status at Chelsea Football Club.
All that is apparent and clear is JT begins his four-match suspension today, however, he will be available for the Champions League tie on Tuesday night.
When pressed by the feral Wolves if JT will start and wear the Captain’s armband Bobby Di, contrite in his reply said, “You will have to wait and see.”
Chelsea travel to White Hart Lane looking to ram the Champions League title down AvB’s throat and the fans will certainly tell Spurs fans ‘Who We Are’ and also remind them about Wembley and Thursday night football.
White Hart Lane hasn’t been ‘Three Point Lane’ since 2005 when Chelsea won 2-0.
Three of the last five League meetings have ended in draws, including the spectacular 4-4 with Spurs winning the other games 2-1 (2010) and 1-0 (2009.)

Writers like "Since66" are no better than the curs of the press who constantly seek attention at the expense of CFC. "Since66" disguises his attack as being from a supporter, but by aiding the spreading such muck on the internet, with a headline that search engines present as being about Chelsea lies, the wretched writer merely echoes the arguments of the club's critics (as if they needed any help doing so). Better for Chelsea if such a "supporter" cheered for Spurs tomorrow and disappeared for good.
