Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year

Firstly on behalf of '50 Years over 100 Years' I would like to take this opportunity to wish everybody and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and an extremely Prosperous New Year.

Secondly although this site is only five minutes old, compared to the other old stager sites on the Network, I have enjoyed contributing to the Network and I look forward to being able to contributing further for many many months to come. Before we get onto the nitty gritty, any suggestions and comments and any other business on how '50 Years over 100 Years' could be or can be improved would be most welcomed. Please email directly to abis15@aol.com. Thank You.

Please continue to post your views on the message board and PLEASE PLEASE continue to dig out Chelsea and everything that is financially related. You know what I mean. RA and his dirty money, RA and his plan to P*** OFF if and when things turn sour, RA in general, Chelsea in the transfer market - GET MY DRIFT. Cos I tell you now. It maybe be the Christmas season but I don't give a flying FCUK. I really don't.

It is about time another club in the greatest league in the World, attempt to overturn the monopoly that has been held by both Man Utd and Arsenal. After all apart from the two clubs mentioned who else has won the Premiership? Yep you got it - Blackburn and before you lot start to bombard me with 'they bought the title' I am fully aware of that. But look where they are now. And have been on the slide since they won the title that year, also on the slide since the late Jack Walker decided to pull out of the club financially. Everybody is expecting Chelsea to go the same way. Well let me tell you. They won't. And if they do, I will be the first to hold my head up and admit I was wrong and bow to you - Oh superior ones.

The only way Chelsea WILL fail is if they do not perform on the pitch. Financially Chelsea are sound and will continue to be so, even when they start to run as a successful business both on and off the pitch independently of RA's money probably in two to three years time. Say what you will but that is the plan. Peter Kenyon who has been out of the spotlight for quite a considerable time, like him or not, will work the oracle and turn Chelsea into a Worldwide Global brand on par with his previous employers or if not BIGGER.

SO FOR ALL OF YOU DOUBTERS. GET USED TO THE IDEA. LIKE IT NOT CHELSEA ARE HERE TO STAY.

Tomorrow, Chelsea kick off their Christmas and New Year programme at home to The Villa. Nice and early 1pm kickoff (to satisfy live TV coverage) means everybody has a nice early start. With no trains and a limited London Underground service and a Sunday Service on London Buses, it is going to be fun trying to get to the Home of Football. Fair means or foul. The boy and I will be there, supporting the boys in blue from our wonderful seats in the Matthew Harding Lower Stand.

Chelsea train tonight at Stamford Bridge at 5pm. Then they will stay overnight in one of the hotels and they expect to be able to select from a virtually full squad, with the exception of Huth, Babayaro and possibly Ricky Carvahlo. In complete contrast to The Villa. Carlton Cole is unavailable due to the loan rule, leaving Angel the only recognised Villa striker. As Villa attempt to avoid a fourth successive defeat, already without McCann and many others, David O'Leary jokes that he and his management team maybe on the subs bench.

I expect Chelsea to start with the following team tomorrow:

Cech, Ferreria, Terry, Gallas, Bridge, Makelele, Duff, Tiago, Lampard, Robben, Gudjohnsen

ONCE AGAIN A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
