My gut feel says we will do well to come away with a 0-0 draw. Wycombe have hit the ground running. and then got stuck in the mud [:wor kid:]

A win would do wonders for everyone, fans and players alike!

I know everyone is a bit upset over saturdays result so if we can get a win it would lift us all and stop a bit of the negativity for a short time at least.

Wycombe have made a great start, but they have to get beat at some stage, so why not tonight?

SWA¬!

I agree with your statement why not tonight? The only fly in the ointment is just who is going to score our goals, going back in the mist of time we had players who you could count on ,Aldo Muiry and even Greenacre and their ilk, but we just do not have any one that stands out like that.

Am I just blind to his skills? why is Kirby in the team? I haven't seen him have a good game so far but maybe I am being unfair.

Well feeling a lot more positive now, 4 points out of 2 away games an 1 home is a decent return!

I had a good feeling tonight, I think we'l do better away than at home this season!

you do realise we lost on Saturday so only 3 points from 2 matches.

Excellent result, good to get the first win and a clean sheet is a bonus too, looks like from report on OS that Fon had a good game

A brilliant night, fans were noisy, player were up for it. Result went our way. My ratings:

Fonners- a solid game. Was only really tested by their players from distance, but a quality save from Iky!

Woodard- quality player! Slotted in at right back, homes will struggle to get his place back.

Holness & Iky- solid, couldn't fault either of them.

Hill- solid defensively, but not the best going forward.

Power- quality game, my MOM. great strike.

Laird- a few mistakes, but average performance.

Koumas- quality

Kirby- didn't do anything wrong, got stuck in, but doesn't offer much going forward.

Richards- bags of pace, needs to have more confidence take players on. Was out of steam at 70 minutes

Stockton- took his goal well, but also ran out of steam after 70 mins.

Edwards- played 4-4-2 today, had the players well set up, but should have made a couple of changes for tired legs.

Obviously I know we lost on Saturday, might be speaking in Chinese but first 3 games with 2 of them away an we've got 4 points.am happy with that....was the point I was trying to make.

I thought we would win the first home game and drop points away with us at least getting a draw out of 1 of them but points are points where ever we pick them up and I think 4 points out of the first 3 games is not a bad start considering the new team and trying to adopt a new playing style.

Onwards an upwards anyway, can't wait til Saturday I expect us to win at home against Cheltenham, also looking forward to it as my little nephew has today been selected to lead out the team as mascot!

Great to see us win and should improve with more games.I get the feeling it is a tight league with little between most of the teams.Cheltenham will provide us a good challenge as they are unbeaten, above us for now and beat us in the Fa cup last time we played them. RE seems to thinking a lot about the squad and planning for the whole season so it would not surprise me to get to the playoffs.
