We need to dig deep and support the boys and get the club back on a even keel life and sport are full of twists and turns i will always be a SWA supporter it is my blood and i will always want them to do well no matter what the problems.
its a 2 way street, we turn up, pay our money, get behind the team and the players are just going through the motions

cant see us winning this 1 2 with power getting our goal
Haha good one.
We're more likely to win then Max 'one man team always going for glory' Power score!!
There last 6 away games have been W2 D4 L0 still very good but, a point still a possibility with a "Shrewsbury Like" performance.
There home form is the reason they are not well clear of the rest, the last 6 home games have been W2 D2 L2.
I am going for a draw 2.2
Not helping with supporters getting on players backs, these guys will be out of work next season if we go down, including the manager and coaching staff, yes its frustrating but we are not the only teams struggling, would you swap with Hartlepool at the moment?
Wycombe like a lot of teams in this division have shown some consistency, mainly during the beginning of the season, which is why they are were they are, we have yet to put together a consistent run of form, of late Wycombe have been average, we can get a result if the team and the supporters get behind the lads, yes we all know who we would like to see in the side, hindsight is a wonderful thing, but the manager has to make the decisions, yes some of them of late have seemed strange but we have to have faith.
Tomorrow's match is the biggest game so far for Micky Adams, if he gets it right and the players perform Portsmouth, Cheltenham, York, Carlisle will be forgotten, if he gets it wrong I fear Mr Palios may be having a word.
If Jennison isn't fit then I expect Humey to start, I'm going for a 2-1 win with Hume getting one of them. Would love to predict 2-0 but can't see our defence not conceding.
Keep the faith.

We need 18 points from the last 13 games, no team in the last 5 seasons have been relegated with 52 points, closest was Bristol last season with 51. We need some momentum, can only put Saturdays performance down to a hangover from Portsmouth, guess the last 15 minutes of that game gave the confidence a severe kicking.

York particularly will never be forgotten.

Goodbye 3 pts.
For me a guaranteed win. Remember boys these are the ones we win, its the bottom half we struggle against. 1.0 rovers.
Just seen the line up
Tranmere Rovers
01 Williams
05 Ihiekwe
18 Dugdale
28 McGahey
02 Holmes
04 Power
14 Laird
22 Jennings
19 Molyneux
09 Odejayi
10 Hugill
Substitutes
03 Ridehalgh
08 Koumas
11 Gardner
15 Kirby
20 Ramsbottom
32 Thompson
34 Hume
I'm hoping he is going 3-5-2 with Molly and Danny providing the crosses for the front 2, Laird in the middle is a good shout but with Rory and Jennison out I think we lack any attacking threat. With Ridehalgh, Hume and Koumas on the bench Micky will get slated if we don't win this one, we look weaker than the team that failed to turn up at Cheltenham, hope i'm wrong but I am now seriously worried. Anoher night of biting fingernails beckons.

Not good enough. Performances mean jack, results are key!!

Danny, doesn't look like a wing back.
Molyneux - not as bad as usual
Dugdale, awful lost some very simple challenges, the new Kevin Gray!
.........and yet still comfortably better than McGahey, simply woeful!
Laird, not up to recent standards, but I will not criticise when he clearly gave 100%, Jennings didn't hide, Power far from effective.
KO......unfortunately the swirling wind meant he wasn't his usual self.
Hugill.........anonymous - MA said he was strong....looks like he didn't have his weetabix today!
Substitutions, agreed with the first two players coming off, HUme.......play in the middle please.
Gardner........cross the ball once you have beaten the man.
Kirby - why?
HAve to ask whether there was a brain on the pitch at the end, or even on the bench.
11 against 10, usual policy was to pass the ball and stretch the opposition - Koumas?
Embarassing throughout
The local Wycombe paper even reports it as a very dubious penalty, The second goal was so far off side but, when your not up with play you cant give a decision,
As for the sending off, I was too far away to see clearly but,it appeared no more dangerous than the incident when Jenno almost got his head kicked off and he wasn't even booked.
If 52 points is the minimum needed to survive, we need 18 points from the last 12 games ( a 50% return) which, is likely less likely with every game and every performance.
Wonder what Adam's excuses will be.....
Waste of 18 quid. Was my first game for a while due to salary commitments on a Sat.
Beaten at home by a team with 10 men.
Game was calling out for Koumas to unlock their defense, spray passes everywhere, and get Hume running in behind, but Adams is too stubborn.
Quite what advantages he feels other players would bring in the team over Koumas baffles me. He should definitely have come on instead of Gardner, a player who cant get a game at a team struggling in League One - does that not ring alarm bells?
* Wing backs were not wing backs tonight. Ridehalgh doesn't get a look in.
* Odejayi won nothing and spent more time on the floor.
* Max and Jennings were awful. Max needs a rest.
* If Hugill is being picked over Hume then why is Hume & his wage here?
* Kirby is just not good enough.
* Why sign Thompson on an 18th month contract to then play a loan player (McGahey) ahead of him?
Too many questions need answers....things are not right on the pitch at TRFC currently.
I thought it couldn't get worse, after carlisle and York, but then came Pompey, Cheltenham
And Wycombe! Micky Adams is looking every bit the amatuer manager, at least RE had an excuse!!
It is strange that he seems fit enough to go on the bench though but that's what I've heard tonight before the game that I thought people may want to know.

The most worrying thing for me at the moment is this, last year, although we were eventually relegated at least there was a sense of fight and determination, as poor as we may have been, there was character in that squad. This year however, it seems to be lacking. I hate to say it but I had more confidence in Taylor, Lowe and a good Jennings and co with twelve games to go than I do in the current bunch we have. All we can hope is that the teams around us are just as poor.
The poor teams around us beat us we've no hope its Conference for us.

As someone who was there, I can't believe Jase didn't come on. Once they were down to ten men the game was built for him. I am seriously worried now. If we don't beat Dagenham I don't know what I'll think...
Adams did exactly the same at Cheltenham-Kirby instead of Koumas, when it was crying out for somebody who can pass a ball.

Penalty looked dubious, but they looked capable of scoring more even with 10 men.

We were basically playing with 9 men once Gardner and Kirby occupied the wings and didn't get involved anywhere else. So as a result with 10 men they were still able to extract the michael and waste lots of time deep in our half.
I disagree with you about Hugill-he was the only one who looked like he might score again-I was dismayed but not at all surprised when our esteemed leader withdrew him. The booking he got was one of the most ridiculous I have ever seen.
So so depressing, we will conceded at least 2 goals a week with our defence, abysmal.
Dugdale had a bad game.
Humey looked like he could cause a bit of damage when he came on, should start on Sat.
Its evident confidence is at an all time low at the moment, dont think its just MA's fault. But agree he needs to start sticking with a familiar line-up. Think we will get it together again, don't forget were doing OK before this bad spell.
Still keeping the faith we will sort it out. SWA

One of the worst defensive displays I have ever seen from a professional football team. McGahey and Dudgale were pathetic, getting bullied off the balt, they can't even head it or clear it away properly, slicing it out all the time for throw ins etc.
So so depressing, we will conceded at least 2 goals a week with our defence, abysmal.
It was the whole team not just the defence. The tactics and substitutions certainly didn't help.
Koumas needs more game time, because he is someone that has some footballing nouse and would command some respect on the pitch.
Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.
