Former Cambridge United player Richard Hodgson has left The Fleet after the return of skipper Steve Mckimm. Richard joined in December of last year.

Midfield player Richard Hodgson has been released from the club.  Hodgson has been unable to command a regular First Team place and with the return to fitness of Steve Mckimm it has been decided to let him go.

Manager Liam Daish said: “It is unfortunate for the lad but we now have a few options in midfield and he needs regular football – we wish him well for the future.
