Season Preview

With The season just over a week away Tigers Tales looks ahead to the season with a few questions. I've answered My own questions below and many other will also answer these questions this season. So here goes my thoughts on the season ahead.

Where do you think Hull will finish this season?
I'd like to say it will be a season of non events and it will be a comfortable season with a mid table finish however it will probably be a season of struggle with only few additions to last year squad . Altidore will need time to adjust and it will be a big ask for him to fire in the goals which were lacking last season . Olofinjana will add steal to the midfield which is much needed with the ageing Ashbee and Barmby. So my Prediction is 15th.
 
Who do you consider your star player?
Hull are a team of hard workers who work for eachother what most lack in talent their make up for in work rate. Geovanni is the obvious choice he has the class but he can be so frustrating and doesn't seem as up for it against the weaker teams in the league.

Are you happy with Phil Brown ?
He did well getting Hull promoted against the odds and he did well at the start of last season however the record after Christmas is shocking and most managers would've got the sack. I think if by Christmas Hull are struggling in the bottom 3 he should go.

Who do you think will be Hull’s top scorer this season?
Last season it was Geovanni and it could be him again hopefully Altidore can bag a few and Cousin and Fagan can also chip in.

How do you think the top 4 will finish in the premiership this season?
1st Chelsea
2nd Manchester United
3rd Liverpool
4th Manchester City
Who do you think will be relegated this season from the Premiership?
Portsmouth
Wolves
Birmingham

If you could have any rival  premiership player in your side who would it be?
We need goals in the team so it would have to be a striker I'll go with Torres.
