Neil Farrugia joins Dundee United

Neil Farrugia has left Barnsley to join Dundee United on a permanent deal.

The 26-year-old made 30 appearances for the Reds in his time at Oakwell and scored one goal in the EFL Trophy against Manchester United under 21s.

He showed promise in cup games, but ultimately never really nailed down a starting spot in the league.

The Irishman leaves Barnsley after just over one year at the club after signing in the January 2025 window.
