Villa advised to approach Clough for manager position

It seems that for one fan at least Clough is the man for the job. And no, this isn't about Non-League-Nigel...

HOLLYWOOD star Tom Hanks has suggested that Forest legend Brian Clough is the man to take the helm at Aston Villa, this despite his passing away in 2004.

Speaking at the premiere of his latest film he asked “Is Brian Clough still alive? Can he take over?”

The actor summed up the feelings of many Villa fans well when he stated “I try to pay attention to how they do and they do OK.”
