Toon Target Kluivert Warns Barca

Newcastle United target, Patrick Kluivert, yesterday warned Barcelona that he will NOT be reviewing his contract, as he moves closer towards the exit at the Nou Camp.

KLUIVERT WARNS BARCELONA

The Barcelona striker explained yesterday: "No-one from the club has spoken to me. I can't remember the last time Txiki, Rosell or somebody from the club spoke with me. I am tired of defending lies.
"Sometimes I think that it would be better playing outside of Barca, that's my current thinking."
Kluivert then added: "I am not interested in reviewing my contract. I am not going to take a Euro less. I've already done this once last summer because the club needed help, I won't do it again."
Newcastle are keen to sign Kluivert, as they look to replace skipper Alan Shearer, who will be retiring at the end of next season. Is Kluivert the right man for the job? Let us know your opinion!
