Newcastle Chasing Forsell

Newcastle United are set to make a late attempt to sign Chelsea striker, Mikael Forsell.
The 24-year old was expected to join Everton, but after failing a medical, Everton want to renegotiate a deal where Forsell will be on a ‘Pay-As-You-Play’ deal.
The knee injury, which ended Forsell’s season prematurely, is still causing some concern, and it is because of this that Everton might lose the race to sign the Finnish international.
Newcastle, who desperately need strikers due to the likeliness of only having 2 senior forwards next season, are keen to steal Forsell from Everton’s hands at the last minute by offering him a solid, weekly wage contract.
Forsell only managed 8 appearances last year, 2 of which were for his country,
