Trotter On Col U Goal

Town midfielder Liam Trotter says scoring a goal for Town during the 3-1 was a dream for him in his home debut.
Trotter made his Town debut at the end of the 2005/2006 season but has only played one other game since but he made up for lost time by heading Town into the lead just for minutes after coming on.
Trotter: "It was a dream home debut for me. I was hoping before the game that I could come on and score and it was amazing.
"I had not thought about a celebration so when it went in I was off running and Jason de Vos took me out
"Hopefully now I can push on and stake a claim. I have been a regular in the reserves this the time I need to push on.
"I do my best to get on the score sheet because goals are a big part of my game. I have been doing that since I was a school kid and it is something I feel I can bring to the first team.
"It has been frustrating not be hold down a place and this will give me confidence."
