Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is targeting two new players ahead of the start of the 2004/2005 “coca cola league championship” season.

Joe is believed to have at least one player just one phone call away from making the switch from his club to Ipswich and another player not far behind, but still hasn’t confirmed or dismissed reports that Arsenal Youngster Justin Hoyte is one of the players in question.

Joe has said that: “We know who we want and we are waiting for them, We have not received a firm answer one way or the other to either of our enquiries, which means all we can do is wait. But things can change very quickly.”.
